At the heart of the Pyrenees, we will welcome and accompany you during your off season kayak training, with specific and customized services for your very own needs.
Enjoy a tempered weather
Thanks to the Oceanic influence on the regional weather, conditions are optimal throughout the year. Even during winter, you will enjoy riding on various spots, on the training center itself at the surroundings.
Four slalom ponds around the center :
– The training center pond, with 15 gates.
– The Pont des Grottes, which has been a world cup spot, 5min. away, with 50 slalom gates and a priority access.
– The Pau White Water Stadium, 30min. away (to be paid on site).
– The Pont d’Espagne spot, 25min. away.
Further away, Orthez (1h) and La Seu d’Urgell Olympic Park (4h20, in Spain) are great alternatives to practice.
A center, a team for your stay
Here you will find a true Kayak oriented center with all kind of commodities: a drying room, a sauna (unavailable for now due to the pandemic), a fitness room, and a video/meeting room. Our team will assist you during your stay, to help you for your trip, and even to answer to your specific nutrition needs.
Brand new: A customized diet (optional)
No matter if you are looking for a shot of energy or for a long lasting endurance, our triathlete chef will provide the diet you need: From healthy meals and homemade sport snacks to gluten free and vegetarian/vegan options.
